Don Gruber has been the Broker at Big Green Zucchini Real
Estate since March of 2004. He has experience in many
aspects of local real estate sales and property
management, and although he is responsible for all of
the agents and employees of Big Green Zucchini Real
Estate, continues to list and sell property himself.
The
business of real estate is always changing, at least in
recent years, and it is necessary to always change with
it. Mr. Gruber, as a result, is knowledgeable in sales
of bank-owned property, of short sales, probate sales
and regular sales. He has experience in sales of condos
and apartment buildings, as well as of single family
houses.
He
takes very seriously the job of agent, in which he, the
agent, is “one who is authorized to act for or in the
place of another.” That means, in his opinion, that the
interests of the client come above his own personal
interests, and he always acts according to that code.

Choung Sherwood has been an agent for Big Green
Zucchini Real Estate since 2003. Prior to that she
was an agent in the state of Virginia. Choung brings
an international point-of-view to our firm, as she
has traveled throughout the world, and lived in many
other places before settling in Carmel Valley. She

OFFICE STAFF
Terry Wecker has been the office manager for Big Green
Zucchini Real Estate since it was formed in 2001. Prior to that
he worked in other real estate companies, in other
capacities for about twenty-five years. In addition to
his position with Big Green Zucchini he is noted for his
energetic service to the community, and the list of his
positions is a long one. He has been Secretary of the
Rotary Club of Monterey for over 10 years. He is past
President of the Monterey High School Instrumental
Music Boosters. He has managed and coached Pony
Baseball. Terry is president of Gold Coast Rods, of the Compari Club; he is a director of Gateway Center. Plus,
he has served his real estate community as a past
director, treasurer and chairman of many committees
throughout the years.

Judy Anderson
|
Judy Anderson is the receptionist and primary
coordinator of property management needs for BGZ. She is
the always friendly face of the company, actually, who
cheerfully insures that tenants and owners of managed
properties are informed of needs and problems, that
repairs are contracted and made, that rents are received
and noted. Judy has been at the front desk since 2000.
Prior to that she was a career civil servant, working
for the navy.
